The Nike SB Blazer Mid “Mosaic” is a vibrant colorway of the mid-top skate shoe by Nike SB that draws inspiration from a community art space in Barcelona, Spain. Released in Summer 2021, the abstract, colorful panels found on the “Mosaic” call to mind the design of Dutch artist Parra’s collaborations with Nike and Nike SB. While not an official partnership between Parra and Nike SB, the “Mosaic” does incorporate the artist’s flair for color as mismatched blue, pink, red, and turquoise panels in various textures appear on both the left and right shoe. Multicolor “Nike” branding is embroidered on the canvas heel tab and “Nike SB” detailing appears on the orange leather tongue tag on the tongue. Three-tone Swooshes in suede, canvas, and leather can be found on both sides of the shoe. The vulcanized rubber midsole displays tones of grey, white, and cream, to complete unique the look.
