Undoubtedly a head-turning look, the Air Max 1 â87 features various textiles inspired by the University of Oregonâs mascot, known simply as the âOregon Duck.â A mismatched arrangement of panels in Duck-inspired fabrics and colors appear throughout the shoeâs design. Oregonâs signature âOâ branding is embroidered on the heel in place of the Air Max 1âs âNike Airâ logo. A small yellow Swoosh is embroidered on the lateral side of the forefoot, while a classic Swoosh in an Oregon Duck-inspired flair appears on the sides. A green-tinted Air unit is found in the heel of the aged-looking midsole. This limited edition sneaker is individually numbered out of 225.
